Join us beginning Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for a practical real estate workshop designed for anyone interested in homeownership, investing, property management, or building a career in real estate.

This workshop will break down the real estate process in a clear and understandable way. Participants will learn about preparing their credit, financing, buying and selling property, identifying investment opportunities, managing rental properties, and creating long term wealth through real estate.

Whether you are purchasing your first home, considering becoming an investor, or simply want to better understand how real estate works, this workshop will provide valuable information, useful resources, and access to experienced professionals.

Upon successfully completing the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to enroll in a professional real estate licensing course, fully funded by City Vision. This creates a real pathway for participants to move from learning about real estate to preparing for a career as a licensed real estate professional.

No previous real estate experience is required. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and take the first step toward turning your real estate goals into a plan.

City Vision is currently seeking motivated and passionate interns who are ready to learn, grow, and make a difference. We believe one of the best ways to prepare future leaders is through hands on experience and on the job training.

Our four-month internship program provides real world experience, professional development, mentorship, and the opportunity to work alongside community leaders and industry professionals. Successful interns may be considered for permanent employment opportunities upon completion of the program.
